Our References

We had to organize an event for 350 people, which took place on two levels in the Aquincum Hotel in Budapest. During the event, we provided a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, and to the delight of the birthday boy celebrating his 13th birthday and also his bar mitzvah, we awaited the guests with a huge selection of desserts.

The 13th birthday seated early evening dinner was held in the Óbuda synagogue, where we entertained 160 people with plate service. The desserts were placed on a separate, custom-made dessert table thanks to our confectioners, from which the guests could choose to their liking. The biggest challenge of the event was that the synagogue's kiddus room turned out to be small, so the prayer room had to be completely remodeled for catering.

The event was held on the occasion of the 12th birthday in the Óbuda synagogue. At the request of the birthday party's family, we provided table service catering for the group of 160 people.

On the occasion of Hanukkah, this standing reception for 300 people took place in the prayer hall of the Óbuda synagogue, where we solved the spectacular decoration and equipment with an external partner.

For a foreign group of 250 people, we organized a family-style Friday evening kiddush at the Kempinski Hotel. The food was placed on the table in the form of a seated plate service. Before the arrival of the guests, we prepared the kiddus wine on the table, together with the salads and barheses. After the arrival of the guests, we served the different dishes one after the other in the middle of the table. Two types of fish, soup, three types of main course and side dish, as well as two types of dessert and fruit. The organization of the event was made difficult by the fact that we had to provide the catering for Friday evening, which meant that the evacuation took place already during the day, with warmers and platters. After the service, the glatt kosher utensils used at dinner were locked in a room, which was opened only on Saturday, after Shabbat. The tools were returned to the Óbuda synagogue in the presence of the religious inspector.

At the Embassy of the State of Israel, we prepared an exclusive seated reception for 7 people on the occasion of Rós ha-sana, where we served the special dishes with platters and plate service.

Every week on Friday and Saturday, we provide a Shabbat dinner for the Óbuda community. Typically 70-100 people attend the dinners and lunches held in the synagogue on Fridays and 40-50 on Saturdays.

Israeli and American guests also participated in the largest Jewish wedding of the year 2023 at the Intercontinental Hotel, where we entertained 350 people with table service and a separate drinks counter. The event was held in the hotel's ballroom, men and women sat at separate tables. According to the guests, in addition to the quality and quantity of the food and the visual experience, the professionally prepared menu also provided an amazing gastronomic pleasure. They were extremely satisfied with the smooth and professional conduct of the event.
